Hi All! I recently got inspired by a recipe in Oxygen Magazine's Beach Body edition...I saw this recipe for blueberry breakfast muffins, and I thought I'd try to add some more protein, so here was my first attempt. My hubby gives this recipe two thumbs up! These little muffins are nutritious, delicious, and kept me satisfied for hours...and that's saying something, because usually, I need a snack between breakfast and lunch.
